The Tulare County Strategic Plan reflects the vision of the Board of Supervisors, its management and the independently elected County officials. It represents Tulare County’s commitment to continuous improvement, innovation and a can-do culture with which to better serve our fellow residents. The Plan sets forth the County’s mission, the values by which it will be guided, and the goals we attend to achieve.
The Plan comprises four Strategic Initiatives:
