52-year-old Pennie Ince’s vehicle was found last night at The Next Bar in Fresno. She left out of the back door of the bar when Fresno Police officers arrived. She is believed to be somewhere in Fresno.

Just before 5 p.m. Sunday, TCSO Deputies were called to check the welfare of a person at a home in the 22400 block of Rd 130 in Tulare. When they arrived, Deputies found a man dead. 

Homicide Detectives identified the victim as 65-year-old Randal Waine Ince of Tulare. 

52-year-old Pennie Marie Ince (AKA Pennie Marie Henson) of Tulare has been identified as a suspect.
