On 1/29/31, 21-year-old Jaan Maciel was released from a local hospital after receiving treatment for multiple gunshot wounds received during a deadly gang shooting at a Shell Gas Station in Ducor on 1/27/22. TCSO Homicide Detectives have determined Maciel to be a victim in the shooting.

Detectives arrested 21-year-old Kevin Serrano of Ducor for his role in the shooting. Serrano was an active participant in the shootout and has been booked at the South County Detention Facility on Homicide Charges.
