Attention Child Support Customers: This is to alert you that customers have reported receiving phone calls from individuals asking about their EPC cards and asking for personal information. This is a Phishing scam. The Department of Child Support Services will never ask you to give personal and confidential information such as your social security number or date of birth. If you receive a call requesting that you give personal information, simply hang up and contact your local child support office at 1 (866) 901-3212 to verify whether we need information from you.
